The herbal allies in this blend have been used traditionally to ease pain and tension associated with sore joints, arthritis, bone spurs, headaches, and menstrual cramping.  This salve may be beneficial when rubbed onto the lower abdomen when dealing with menstrual issues.  May be a good option when dealing with tension headaches by rubbing on neck area and on temples. May be a good option for those who suffer with carpal tunnel and leg cramps also!  Just an overall good salve to have on hand

      Works!

OK, this product really works! It helped my pain. With that being said, it does have an odor that is not the most pleasant, but it is worth it to get the relief. It is all natural and I would rather have something that works than something that not

I am so happy you like it and are having good results from it!!! Addressing the odor, which I dislike, too...it's the Cramp Bark! Cramp Bark on its own smells pretty good, and while infusing it in the avocado oil did pull out its medicinal properties, unfortunately, it didn't bring out its best aroma. This is where most herbalists would use a strong, potentially harmful, essential oil to mask that, but I am strict against using any essential oils. So, I reformulated the recipe, and I am currently infusing it in another carrier oil with hopes that it will create a more appealing smell! Thank you so much for your honesty! It helps me grow as an herbalist and business person!
