Shipping Policy

Shipping cost:

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout.  There is a drop down box available to choose which option best suites your needs during checkout.  Please note, there is an option for Free Shipping for a single (1) Lip Balm ONLY.  This option is only available to those who are purchasing a single lip balm with no other items. This option is also available to those who are purchasing a Wild and Wonderful Magnet only with nothing else, a (1) Mini Keychain Tape Measure only with no other items, or a single (1) Kiss Me Sweetly Sugar Scrub with no other items.  This is to ensure no shipping cost for such low cost item(s).  Please only choose this option if you are ordering lip balm only, sugar scrub only, a keychain tape measure only, or a magnet only!  Otherwise, you must choose a different shipping option. I created this option with my customer in mind, to help keep from paying more for shipping than what the item itself costs.  Thank you for understanding!

When will my order ship?

Orders placed will receive an email confirmation to notify you the order has been received by Wild and Wonderful Herbal Apothecary LLC.  We begin processing as soon as the order is received by us.  A label with a tracking number will be provided to you by email as soon as it is created.  The package will ship out within 1 business day (weather permitting).   

Estimated shipping times once mailed.

Wild and Wonderful Herbal Apothecary LLC starts processing your order immediately and ships within 1 business day (weather permitting).  Standard shipping times in the US vary between 3-5 business days. With the cost of shipping rates increasing, please reach out to us via email or our direct phone number if Expedited or Overnight Shipping is needed. International shipping times are 5-10 business days (weather permitting).

Lost or stolen orders.

Please understand that once your order ships we are no longer in control of what happens to your items, there are some steps that can be taken though.

Please note: If a package is marked as delivered we can not file a claim, also we do not issue refunds or store credits once a package is marked delivered. See a bit below for tips in finding your marked delivered package.

If an item was lost in the mail and you selected ground shipping at checkout we can not file a claim. The next step is for you to submit a mail recovery request with the USPS.

After an additional 5 business days if nothing is found and no movement is seen we will issue a store credit. Please Note: During Covid19 & the holiday season we will be waiting 14 business days after a report is filed to issue a store credit.

If a package is marked delivered via tracking but is not in your mailbox please:

a.) check with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to them. 

b.) check with your mail person to see if they recall delivering it. 

c.) check with your post office to see if they have it. 

Many times packages marked as delivered can be found doing the above steps. If you suspect an item has been stolen from your mailbox please file a postal theft report with your local authorities.

Once an item is marked as "delivered" no refunds or store credits will be issued.

Tracking tips

When tracking your order it’s important that you use the actual USPS full website to track an order, when using the simplified version on your mobile phone it often does not show detailed info or updates. https://www.usps.com/manage/
