*Common Use: Shake well before use. Adults: Can be taken without diluting. If diluting: Drop 30 drops into a small amount of water. No diluting: 30 drops directly in mouth and swallow.  Children 2 and over, divide your childs weight by 150 (Example: 30lb child divided by 150=.20 or 20%, you would use 20% of the adult dosage (20% of 30 drops is 6 Drops) added to a small amount of water or juice. Please use this example and apply it to your childs particular weight accordingly. 
*For extended shelf life up to 1 year, it is best kept refrigerated after opening, or can remain shelf stable for  6 months when kept in a cool, dark location, such as inside of a cabinet.
